I’m not a scientist, but if it makes sense to reason about the gravipushka, then exclusively from the standpoint of more basic than some kind of a theorem of some kind of vacuum. There is a fact – there is a gravitational field. And purely theoretically at the moment I did not hear a single argument in favor of the fact that they cannot manipulate in the image of electromagnetic: collect in bundles, control power and power and blah blah blah. Another thing is that then it would attract not one specific object (barrel, ball, a jar of beer), but everything that it is directed to.

The manipulations with gravity will not help this in any way. Suppose we were able to change the value of gravity at some local point and with regards to one object at this point. We can either increase this value or lower what will happen? With a decrease, the object will be easily lifted, and with a further decrease, it even soar, but in fact it will simply fall very slowly.
